Prohibited content and conduct

• Malware, spyware, or software designed to harm devices or data.
• Phishing, credential harvesting, or deceptive collection of personal information.
• Fraud, scams, or deceptive commercial practices.
• Impersonation of any person, organization, government or institution.
• Hate, harassment, or incitement of violence against any person or group, including on the basis of nationality.
• Terrorism or violent extremism, including its promotion or financing.
• Child sexual abuse material or any sexual content involving minors.
• Illegal sexual content.
• Sale or promotion of illegal goods or services.
• Misleading links — destinations that materially differ from the displayed domain.
• Clear infringement of intellectual property rights.
• Automated manipulation of the ranking, click counters or forms.
• Any use intended to evade sanctions or other applicable legal restrictions.

Enforcement

• We may review, withhold, or remove any link or display name, block domains, and suspend entries, at any time and without prior notice.
• Editorial removal of a link does not by itself change a country's total, which is determined only by confirmed payments.
• Fraudulent contributions may be reversed and reported.
